topsocial.ae is operated by XEPA International Trading FZ-LLC ("we", "us"), a company established in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, under Marketing Services Licence No. 47034060 and Social Media Marketing Licence No. 46002304. TOP SOCIAL is a brand of the Company.
2. Purpose of the site
This website presents our company and services. Its content is for general information only. It is not a binding offer, quotation, or contract, and does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.
